On the exterior the concrete driveway, sidewalk, and back patio extension were poured. The driveway is 12’ wide and extends 10’ behind the mower garage bay. It is 25’ wide for the 3 garage and 1 mower bay. The back patio was exended 5’ making it between 10’ and 15’ deep and 30’ wide. The gutters were also installed. However, the gutter downspouts were not installed in the correct places and still need to be moved. The flashing on the eaves also needs to be reworked. Otherwise, except for missing coach lights, the exterior is almost complete. These pictures were taken between March 17th and April 15th. Closing is still probably 3 weeks or so away.
