Closing was on 28 April, 2017. However, the interior was not rcompleted until 29 April, 2017. This is becasue the final cleaning and varnishing of the wood floors occurred on the evening of 28 April, 2017 (after closing) and there was 1-day of drying time after that. So, we did not see the completed inside of our home until 30 April, 2017. There are of course still some punch list items to do, including removing rock and debris from the backyard, which is visible in some pictures. These pictures are all from April 30th.
