The Pour required 15 mixer trucks. 14 were hooked up to the pump truck and 1 poured directly (Front Porch). The foundation includes 3,544 sqft for the House, 936 sqft for the Garage, 256 sqft for the Back Patio, and 132 sqft for the Front Porch for a total of 4,868 sqft. This required 143 cubic yards of concrete. The foundation is on bedrock and there are anchor bolts embedded into the slab for the wood framing.
