Our home is a Sandlin Homes El Dorado Signature Series with extensive customization. It is 3,544 sqft in size. Major customizations include:
- Adding a 4th garage bay as a 10’ x 11’ riding mower bay and 10’ x 11’ storage unit.
- Extending the master bedroom and bath by 2’.
- Adding a walk in shower to the master bath.
- Adding floor to ceiling bookcases in the study.
- Adding floor to ceiling stone to the fireplace and stone to the kitchen bar wall.
- Extending the back patio by 5’.
- Bricking the front porch.
- Adding a closet to the utility room.
- Flipping a bathroom and making it ensuite with a bedroom.
- Changing a front bedroom and bath into a living room and powder room.
- Customized elevation.
We started the process in with a lot hold on April 23rd, 2016; signed a contract on June 1st, 2016 and expect to be in our new home in March of 2017.
